Great flooring for bathroom

If I could give a 0 star I would.

I purchased the floors in Sept 2025 due to being sick; they were put in October 2025. After about a day or two, I noticed little holes in the floor. Almost the entire floor, from the kitchen to the bathroom, appears to be over 5 years old. I contacted the store for two months, and they said a claim was put in, and now they are saying this is how the floor is. I started a dispute with my credit card company.

Not the same color

After we finished installing we realized some tiles are not the same color. I don’t want to go through the hassle of taking it apart so might have to just deal with it. Looks like this is the same issue with many other people reviewing this product.

Color Issues--BEWARE

Unfortunately, we used Pergo Rome Marble in our bathrooms in our new build. The upstairs bathroom was fine. Looks good, all the same color. The main bathroom is another story. My husband just finished putting it in and it's 2 different colors of tile! One has a very light (nearly white) background, while the rest is a creamy, almost pink color. It looks terrible. I called Lowes and they told me that I was out of luck because it was already installed. My husband is ripping it out tomorrow...

No quality control

Lack of manufacture quality control. Bought enough for a house and regret every penny spent.

I am so annoyed!

We are re-doing a long narrow bathroom. After acclimating this product for the allotted time, we broke it out, and discovered that one of the three Rome Marble boxes (all labeled correctly) had the Verona Marble. Lowe's was extremely helpful in correcting this issue, but back to acclimating--all requiring time. After hours of non-easy-clicking, muttering, yelling and cursing Pergo, my Husband got the floor in. And he did a beautiful job! However, the true white portion of it is gorgeous. B...

Don’t be afraid to keep looking…

Corners were brittle/many came damaged. Some were more yellow and some were more white. Can be chaotic looking as the “natural” patterns don’t blend well together. I ended up returning this product and went with another brand. The material seemed decent and that it wouldn’t be that difficult to put together.

It looks like tile, but installs much easier.

The product feels thick, which is good. The joining mechanism is solid.

Different Dye Lots

we purchased 32 boxes for a flooring job and got halfway finished and the balance of the boxes were a much darker cream hinging toward yellow. The right color was manufactured in the US and the other half in Mexico. We are waiting for them to find 24 boxes of the true color to finish the job.

Cream & White Mismatch

The installation of the Pergo flooring was challenging but very doable with the correct tools. The durability of the flooring is without question one of the better luxury vinyl floors we have installed in our home. The issue is the color variation of the tiles between a true white color and what appears to be more of a cream color. Luxury vinyl flooring - we recommend it.

The color and appearance of this one makes it easy to match.. And we really like the ease of installation. Read up on this product and don't skimp on this product. Be sure to get the better wear layer.

Easy install, looks very sharp!

click and lock

click and lock is a joke. we fought for 3 days to install this floor. I would rather install vinyl sheets before I use this again. not worth the money or the headaches.
