Never received the item, but website lied to say

I never received the item. The scammers at FedEx apparently said they delivered it to my address , but FedEx has never delivered to this address ever. Everyone locally knows FedEx does not deliver to house around here. Their policy is to wait for you to come to the gate and request your order, then wait for 40 minutes while they look for it their disorganized mess. It is a bummer when they lie about delivering such a small item. Please refund my money and the shipping charges.
