No instructions anywhere, in the package, online. This is useless. I've installed many of these timers and this one is a mystery.

Would RecommendDirections are a bit lacking. I could get the custom on to work but the custom off did not. Called the company and realized that both the custom on and the custom off buttons need to light up blue to know that they are activated. I had to push the buttons up and down a few times to get the blue to come on. Once I did the unit did come on and shut off at the time I set it. If these buttons do not malfunction than I think I will have made a good purchase.

Would RecommendAt first this we loved the timer. Then about 4 months of use the custom settings stopped working. Called Prime EZ customer and they gave me some trouble shooting steps and tried to reset the timer, nothing worked. Have a another timer on the table ready to install now. I marked I would recomment the product because it does work and maybe I just got a lemon.

Would Not RecommendI bought this timer for its simplicity , the first one was returned because the lights wouldn't come on . The replacement one turns on the lights , but they blink . I called the manufacturer who told me how to fix it , that didn't work . I called again and they said had a product expert that would call me back , I never got the call ! So its time for another brand !

Custom Program Timing
Would Not RecommendThis "SO CALLED" easy installation timer (Model #LTNIWP) is very easy to install, but trying to program the custom on/off function is a nightmare to say the least! I can't get the lights to illuminate 'Blue". I bought this timer for "easy set-up", but either the instructions are missing set-up steps or I have a defective product right out of the box!
