Would RecommendI would rate this a five except that after two months the "turn on" function ceased to work. I returned and replaced with the same model as I really like the design and function of this device. I am hoping for better reliability this time around. Time will tell but it is easy to install and setup.

Mine caught on fire
Would Not RecommendSo, this installed easily, and I programmed it, which was also easy. And then I thought I was done. So I walked into the other room for a celebratory coca-cola. Then about 10 min later I heard a buzzing sound. I walked in and there was smoke coming from the switch. I promptly turned off the breaker. I removed the switch and found that the wires were all fine, and the smoke came from inside the switch. The switch still smells like smoke, but there is no damage to the outside of the switch....
I have installed various timers over the years and this is the first one I couldn't get it work so I returned it.

Would RecommendGreat switch, Very user friendly. Only problem is the markings on the buttons wear off quickly. Save the instruction paper so you will know what button is which for the future.

Would RecommendI had difficulty setting up timer for the custom on and off time. I called the number on the instructions which is 1-888-445-9955 and they walked me through set by set on how to set the timer. They were very patient and both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As it turns out I kept missing a step and it now works perfectly. This is for the Model LTNIWP. The only reason I did not give the product 5 stars was because I only had it installed for 3 weeks.

Would Not RecommendI understood from the packaging that I could apply "custom settings" with this timer. But so far I have only been able to use the fixed morning and evening settings buttons effectively. I have searched the internet with the timer's part number looking for any detailed custom set up information but no luck so far.

Would Not RecommendThe electrician initially set the program. Once daylight savings time started I wanted to adjust the time. Not having the programming instructions I went on line and even to the company web page and found their is no support to get instructions for this particular timer.
