Great!

Bought my first one 8 - 9 years ago ... finally bit the dust after cutting down a 35' tree (3 ft in diameter - not a typo). So, bought another one. Reasonably prices & well worth it. Ordered online, as not longer stocked in the store.

Very nice saw. I have several Porter-Cable tools and have always have had good luck with them. This saw is a good size for me, not very big and easy to handle. I used the saw to cut nails off from underneath decking. You will need to buy metal cutting blades because they only give you a wood cutting blade.

bought this to replace an older one I had...….great tool for the do it yourselfer or carpenter.

I'd bought this awhile ago in store for a great display model discount. Price had me skeptical, but I figured I'm not a contractor just need to do some rough cuts on 2x4s and 1 1/4 in. pvc. Handled those easily, what made me come back to write this review was this past weekend 4/7/19; Building a garden box for the wife and I had a 4x4 I was making the post legs out of. I don't have a circular saw so I figured why not try, if I mess up one side it'll get buried in the dirt and I can level it ...

Great saw

Batteries died on my cordless Sawzall and desperately needed this tool to complete the job. Luckily Lowe's was just a couple blocks away. went in picked up this saw at a great price, walked out and completed my job.thanks Lowe's

I am no professional use. I hate buying something that tools with limited use. This one is definitely multipurpose. Cutting studs is easy with this tool. Blades are easily changed for different cutting application. I am completely happy with my with the tool and am pretty sure my son will get to use it when he has other project in his house.

Nice unit for light use

This is a lightweight saw for light use. This saw will not last if you are looking to demo a house. Saw works fine for small jobs.
