Excellent water spout. Good quality materials. Installation was simple.

Buyer beware

Packaging AND instructions inside box state that this product works with either 3/8" or 1/4" tubing. THIS IS NOT TRUE, AT LEAST NOT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. Product only comes with a 3/8" QuickConnect, despite the fact that the manual states that there are 2 QuickConnect pieces, one each of 3/8" and 1/4". Buyer beware. If you purchase this item and you have 1/4" hookups you will need to purchase extra adapters to make it work, or apparently e-mail the manufacturer so that they can mail the corre...

Drinking Faucet Cold Water Dispenser

Works as advertised. My only complaint is it comes with a 1/4" x 3/8" connector when I needed a 1/4" x 1/4".

connector description is WRONG

The item says it has a 1/4 inch and a 3/8 in quick connect adapter. This is wrong! It will not connect to a 1/4 in water line. Thanks for wasting my time

Features worth the price

Compared to our previous RO water faucet, this one is "hands free." In other words, you don't have to keep holding down a black plastic lever to keep the water flowing. The flow rate can also be adjusted just like a regular faucet, so at the highest setting, the water flows out much more quickly. We also like the brushed nickel finish. It's a much more solid product than our previous RO faucet.

Quality Parts - Beautiful Addition

What a difference from the standard cheap faucets. I got this for my output of filtered water. It is smooth turning, beautiful and a hearty construction with good materials. I wish I had had this to the prior faucet I have had to replace twice over the years! Beautiful. Fit extremely well, and easy to clean!!

Needs a simple standard adapter

The adapter it comes with is 1/4" to 3/8". Most RO water systems are 1/4" to 1/4". It is a bit odd that this is also not included, and you have to buy another adapter and a whole roll of 3/8" tubing. Seriously, it can't cost more than a dollar for the manufacturer to include. My lowes also did not have the needed adapter in stock after a second trip. It does seem like a really nice faucet, but I also have a concern that the faucet stem, or where water comes out, is just pushed in, and not s...

Solid feel. Too much plastic in hardware

Easy to install. I was not happy the under-counter installation included a plastic washer and plastic nut, so I replaced both with metal. Action is very solid. Flow is slower than my previous RO faucet but that's good; previous was too fast.
