Oxygenics brushed nickel shower head

I received mine complimentary from Lowe's to try and absolutely love it. My only problem with it is with installation The part that connects to the shower itself is plastic and would be alot better if it was metal. So it leaks a bit no matter what I do. Weak connector!

There is problem with the connector ! After installed the water dripping out from it . Reinstalled it but the water still dripping out! Then I found out the tracks on the connector was wore out already! Cheap plastic materials. Disappointed! I returned it right away even there is a note paper says don't return to the store. Please contact customer service of us first!

Leaks like a son of a gun

Over 50 years of plumbing and irrigation experience. So installation was easy. But upon turning on it leaked everywhere. Tried some other tricks and it still leaked. Went to return and customer service lady even said these are returned all the time for leaking! Would never buy another product from this company. Spend the right money or wait for a sale from a quality brand that won’t leak!

Strong spray and long hose

Two of the features my last magnetic shower head did not have I found in this shower head. The sprays go from a soft waterfall to an almost stinging powerful spray that is easily adjustable. I also like the longer hose on this that doesn't make me stand directly under shower outlet. This also has an on off bail on the back of the shower head that I thought was a great feature. It is easy to use but I found I just don't use it as often as I thought I would.

After turning the water back on and giving everything a first try. Nothing sucks more to finding out the base is leaking. (where you hang the shower head).

Poor Design with Plastic Ball Joints

We have master bath two person shower and bought a matching pair. The installation guide says hand tighten only. The ball joints are plastic and will not tighten enough to hold it stable. There are leaks from the ball joint and sprayer attachment. I tried to tight them to stop the leaks but I hesitated to make them any tighter so not to break them. Best of both worlds - water saver & power setting

I decided to take a chance on this one because of something in the description on the box. It had a "shampoo setting" that said it will rinse shampoo out at a faster rate. Yes indeed it does! Installation - easy peasy but make sure you have the washer installed or it will leak from the hose as others have reviewed. I like the rubber grip as it does help when you have soap on your hands. It's pretty great

Love this shower head. Best one I've ever owned. The waterfall feature is overrated, but some of the other settings make up for it. Great pressure. Easy to change settings. Easy to install. It has a backflow feature when you turn it off. This is normal, it's not a leak (per manufacturer website).

Junk!!!

No matter what i did it wouldnt stop leaking. Total junk.

Hooked up shower head and it leaked as soon as i turned water on. Leaked where hose screws into shower head. Returned it

Nice Shower Head

This shower head seems to be well constructed and durable. It has many spray patterns and works well.

After some Plummer's tape where the instructions indicated none was required, the actual use of this shower head has been a real joy. Rating of a 5 would have been given except for the tape issue.

Maybe I got a bad one

Installed it leaked I returned to store, customer service said they would replace the cradle part in 5 to 7 days once I produced a photo copy of receipt. Was just easier and quicker to return and pick a different manufacturer

Purposeful Leaky Hose?

My husband and I purchased and installed this shower head and couldn't figure out why the hose was leaking so bad when we turned the water off. It didn't leak when the water was on. Turns out, it is supposed to leak where the hose connects to the base when the water supply is turned off to prevent the back flow of water into the pipes. Looks good but not worth it.

Picked one up to go with our new bathroom. Liked the brushed nickel look but after I screwed it on the pipe, the waterfall feature was coming out of the side. Since it has a fixed head, you don't have the ability to adjust it to get waterfall to come out from the top. Plus, no matter how hard I tightened it on the shower arm, it still leaked out of the base. tried different types of teflon to no avail. Returned it and kept the old low flow.

Something for everyone

Living in a house with six people it's hard to please everyone, but this shower head definitely fits the bill- with nine different pressure settings, there's literally something for everyone; The waterfall setting is my favorite. I really like the larger spray face and the non-slip rubber handheld grip works great for my two year old. The PowerMax is the one and only shower head for my family.

I love this shower head!

We have corroded pipes so our water pressure is horrible. I was expecting this to work the same as our other shower head. It was super simple to install and it actually made the water pressure better! It has 9 spray patterns although one is like a pause so really only 8. It has a thing on the back you can flip up to cut the water off (good for washing the dog or I use it to wash my daughter's hair easily). Defective Product

Leaks at low pressure. Leaks when you turn water on and off. Second attempt to install. Waste of time and money. Other reviewers have had the same problem. Does not leak from threaded part. Leaks between chrome and gray plastic.
