Reminds me of how hoses used to be made 'back in the day'. Solid heavy duty rubber-like construction. This one appears to be a winner. Last two hoses I purchased previously all failed within few weeks with springing leaks due to inferior materials with flimsy inner core subject to failure with minimal handling.

I received this in the mail damaged and filthy. It looks like it has been used and resold. Even the box was damaged. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to try this hose but I don’t trust that Lowe’s will ship a new one.

50 foot hose is only 47 feet long

Bought the same hose earlier this summer and I liked it, so I decided to buy another. The new hose is the same nice quality, HOWEVER, it is only 47 feet long not 50 feet long.Horrible quality control, not happy.

Need a good variable spray nozzle.

Got it for $44 out the door.. Have only used it once, but it seems sturdy. It was a replacement for my previous $25 hose (different brand); one that lasted only three years, and in its last week sprung FOUR separate holes (after patching three, I figured the entire hose was in process of failing, so I gave up and bought this new Orbit brand.).

I’ve bought a couple of different hoses that were supposed to be kink free and still ended up breaking,but this one I’ve had for about a month and it’s working perfectly so far does not kink

Expensive and not “kink free”

The hose material is very lightweight and flexible which means it kinks very easily. The ends seem to be well made and heavy duty but the hose itself is so light if you try to fill your pool with it, it spins and flops around like a spastic snake in the water. You have turn the water pressure down to a drizzle to keep it from coming out of the pool.

Solid hose, kinks do leave

I like the hose thickness and threaded ends. The ends are very secure with no leaks. It took some time and usage to remove the kinks, but they do go away
