I can adjust the heads to water narrow spaces between houses, say 6 feet wide(something that is greatly appreciated), I can adjust it to water small garden beds, or I can adjust it again for my 40' wide front yard. However, it doesn't have a wide coverage area like an oscillating sprinkler, so I'd recommend you pass if you have a large yard. One criticism.
