Stop to working

I brought this one in May 27 2023. On July 2024 the station 5 stop to watering and my grass died. We have temperatures 114° For several weeks. We were out of the state and we are relax, because we have this system. I changed All ready the sprinkle head and still not working. This morning the station 2 stop to working and my cellphone show me the system is watering my grass. A lot money for couple month working. Right now I’m on the line waiting for assistance. (25 minutes 😡😡😡)

I love it so far!

I was worried when I purchased this that I wouldn't be able to disable some of the "smart" features. However, "Smart" was "OFF" be default. I live in an area where the forecast may call for rain, but I'm on a ridge within that area and reality seldom matches what the forecast predicts. I am happy that I can set my programs and not worry about it turning itself off. I do get "rain delay" alerts to my phone, but I can decide whether to enable/disable the timer. I like this B-Hyve Wifi controller. The app is generally easy to work with but does have some quirks (at least for me, when trying to set up "smart" watering). I ended up going back to regular timed schedules. It is nice being able to water any zone or program via your smartphone at any time from any where. Limited programs, not good for use with wells

You are limited to 4 programs which might be fine for small yards. I have 9 zones and need to customize the programs and the controller won’t allow for it. There is no feature to delay between zones. I’m on well water and I need a delay between watering zones so that my well can recover. B-hyve doesn’t offer this. If you need this option, you’ll have to go with Rachio. Never Has Controlling My Sprinklers Been So Easy

The digital sprinkler controller was very easy to install and program with the app on my cell phone. It also paired easily with Bluetooth. Very happy with it.

Great Wi-Fi Irrigation Timer

This is a great wi-fi irrigation timer. It is easy to set up watering programs. If one desires, it will send notifications when each watering program is starting and ending. It also keeps a record of the watering done each day.

wifi stopped connecting when I upgraded to fiber. couldn't even use the manual schedule because the unit would shut down and now it is done. owned maybe a year

Failed out of the box

Deserves zero stars. I had it wired into the system but the app wouldn't recognize it despite a strong wifi signal in the area where it was installed. Spent the better part of an hour trying to troubleshoot it but couldn't get it into Bluetooth pairing mode despite attempting multiple resets and restarting my router. Can not downgrade firmware

I am having issues on multiple units I have had for several years. These issues started recently. I asked them when they last released firmwar current version was 0087. I had 0096. After asking how, it appears this was pushed out a few months back. I said I wanted to roll back the firmware because that kind of coincides with my issues They told me there is no way to roll back the firmware that gets automatically updated.
