Great to ensure water compliance

Relatively easy to set up, but had to speak to an Orbit tech to assist with programming. The directions either device are not that helpful. Seems to work fine.

Love this! Easy to program and use.

The location of my sprinkler station is very difficult to get to. It has been such a struggle in the past. This system works like a dream. I can do all my adjustments on my phone and start manual watering as well. This is very helpful when I’m working on the system, changing out heads and no longer have to run back-and-forth to the Sprinkler station to get it to turn on. One thing that I will note is that if you have an issue getting it to connect to the Bluetooth, unplug it and plug it back in....

Great product

The product is very intuitive and easy yo install if you are handy and understand your sprinkler system. Manuals and graphics are simple to read. Thenonly issue I had was connecting the unit to my network wifi. Their technical support was very helpful and patient. Over a high quality product and the best i can monitor and manage and monitor the sprinklers remotely from anywhere when Im traveling.

Died within a year

I purchased this and installed it in my rental property but the unit died within a year. Although I received the replacement but it was inconvenience for both me and my tenants.

So far the apparatus has performed excellently.

Barely works

The smart watering feature is useless. It will fail to water the lawn for days during a drought leaving the grass brown. When setting a fixed schedule instead, it will sometimes just not start certain zones for no reason. Terrible product

Highly Recommended! Easy to set up and use!

Installation was very easy. The instructions were clear and accurate. Installing and using the smart phone app was also easy and self-explanatory. My application currently uses only 2 programs and 4 stations, but I plan to expand to three programs and 6 stations soon. This unit allows me the flexibility to add more than I will ever use. While it MIGHT seem pricey, I would recommend it to anyone!

Two trips to get one working product

I liked the product however,I had to make two trips to get one that worked. First unit was obviously a store return that someone had tried to program and was unsuccessful but they screwed it up so it would not recognize my WiFi. Product seems to be fine it is Lowe’s that rates the 1 star for putting a defective product back on the shelf. Major inconvenience!

Lasted me 21 months

Worked great until it didn't. Only a one year warranty. The "NO AC" error came on. I think it may have been the victim of a power spike from the utility
