Would Not RecommendThis wasn't what I wanted but the price was right. The problem is that connecting my metal hose end into the plastic piece on the sprinkler leaks and leaks badly. I would not suggest this to anyone, go for the more expensive model. It does water a large area, but very hard to direct exactly what you wanted water, full circle all the time, no adjustment.

I don't know if i hit a rock or tree root, but it was just too much, plus I put a lot of weight on it. Lawn Sprinkler, rotating spike
Would RecommendThis is my 3 rd one. Use them all to water flower beds and/or lawn. It will wet the ground extremely well in 30-35 minutes. Works very well with low water pressure. Coverage can be controlled with water pressure. Spike could be a little stronger. Sometimes it will bent if ground is really dry and hard. However it doesn't take much to hold the sprinkler up due to the balanced sprinkler head.
