Nice shut but not what I needed!
I live near salt water where bi-metalic corrosion is a problem. I was looking to replace old deteriorating plastic shut-offs that I previously purchased at Lowe's to insulate the brass faucets from the aluminum hose fittings that have become so popular. This brass shut-off is fine for shutting off the water but will still require disconnecting hoses after each use to prevent the corrosion that I was trying to prevent with a non-metallic connector.
