No More guessing the Temperature
The Ooni Thermometer solved the problem of guessing temp. for pizza. I've only used it for that and it works great. My friend gifted the Ooni to us and we're gifting the thermometer to her to solve her overcooking problem.

It surprised me

However, I had no option as it was part of the bundle I was acquiring. The box says it is tuned for the corderite stone of the oven. True or not, I can tell I was impressed with the performance of this thermometer when compared to the other one I have.
