My previous thermometer (non-Ooni) broke and even though it was good, there was one problem - it was slow to start. Ooni's thermometer gives readouts immediately after pressing the trigger, which is the most important feature I value. Brand new and does not work
I purchased this infrared thermometer per a family recommendation and it does not work. Very disappointed. It only states -LO. Changed batteries twice and continues to state -LO. For this price, it should work. Wish I could get compensated for my time to troubleshoot and to return the item
