Great value!

Inexpensive, does what it promises, great value, Easy to setup. Keeps vacuum filter clean.

Works as advertised

This works quite well to remove dust and not plug up your vacuum. Make sure the bucket that you use is heavy duty because the softer sided buckets will implode with the vacuum suction.

Clips lasted 7months

Collects dust pretty well, but after 7 months of usage. And only emptying it a handful of time, one of the three clips broke already making it lose lots of suction.

When I hooked this up, it vacuumed all the ir out of the bucket and it collapsed . I watched tutorials, followed instructions and to no end.

it works great separating the larger particles and keeping them out of my dust collector. Word of caution ⚠️ it does NOT work with a Lowe's 5 gallon bucket. the force collapses the bucket. Buy a thicker wall bucket (at least 90 mil). The builders select bucket works great 👍

Wish I bought one sooner

Significant reduction in filter clogs while cleaning up mixed fine dust and sawdust.

Saw dust free

The dust deputy is fantastic ! No more clogged air filter in my shop vac. Much easier to clean out a 5 gallon bucket of saw dust then a 20 gallon shop vac too! All the saw dust goes into the bucket and none in the vac. I just need to create a caddy to attach the bucket to the vac, as I wheel my vac all around my workshop.

Excellent. But things to know.

This thing does a great job of separating out a good deal of material and keeping it from your vacuum and filter. It should improve your filter life and clean up should be quicker too. One important note is that you need a really strong bucket. The standard blue Lowe’s bucket stacked all over the store is only 70 mils. This thing Sucks!

I love how this system works. I had a cheaper separator that had choke points and would not collect correctly. I purchased this unit after seeing it on youtube 731woodworks. It does its job flawlessly. On my miter saw it has helped with the mess. Yes I would recommend this without hesitation

Time saver keeping filters clean & work going!

I was able to connect my tools to this eliminating 90+% of drywall & wood dust from entering my shop vac. keeping my work area cleaner without the frustration of cleaning filters constantly. add a trolley to the bucket for mobility and to weight the bucket keeping it upright.

Not great

I got tired of the filter on the vac constantly getting clogged with the fine wood dust from my miter saw, so picked this up. My regular Dust Deputy attached to other shop tools works great, so I figured I'd give this a try. It does work - nowhere near as well as the regular dust deputy. It catches roughly 50% of the dust from the miter saw - until the filter clogs again. I did have a few issues. The blue separator came apart from the clear plastic lid.
