Hard to see, wish it was a full body vest

We have a small black dog. The light is cool, but barely noticeable around her neck. I like that it's rechargeable, $20 is high for how ineffective it is and how little we use it.

Excellent for walks in the dark

Bought one in Dec as a gift for my dog. She goes out late at night, and it makes it easy to see if she's escaped the yard. My mother loved it so much, that she just bought two smaller ones for her dogs! Love the colors. Would love to know what material to use as the collar to replace that part, it got chewed on by a puppy a little.

Love these...however

Bought 2 of these...went defective and NiteHowl was kind enough to replace them. Now the 2 replacements are doing the same thing. Wont charge. I absolutely love these, but wondering if the defective collars were a " fluke" or what. They definitely do what they're supposed to do as long as they work!!

After a month, it no longer charges

I bought this product for night time walks and the fact that it is rechargeable. I purchased it on Jan. 09/23 and as of Feb 20/23 it no longer charges. I tried numerous charging cables and still nothing. Unfortunately i can no longer recommend to other's that do stop me and ask about the product. I did give it a 2 star rating, because when it did work it was great. I am very disappointed.

Charging

This is the second collar that we bought. The first one we loved except we had to change the batteries; that can get expensive. So we decided to get the rechargeable. Now it will not keep a charge past 10 minutes. We left it on charge overnight, and still the same results. Don't want to give it a bad review, suggesting that the manufacturer look into this great product. Great when letting my dog out at night.

Product Guarantee and Customer Service

I bought the product in November and only worked for about 3 weeks. I contacted customer service and within a couple of days, I was told a new one rechargeable disco collar would be sent and got it today! No hassles. No "we will look into it". No page after page on information required. Needless to say, I am excited! In the meantime, we did buy a back collar and a small button light and got the LED arm bands for Christmas! Right intensity

just the right intensity, doesn't bother the dogs. Hopefully the recharging will continue to hold well.

Falls apart

While the collar is highly visible, and it is quick to recharge; one of the ends keeps popping out. I have been securing it to my dog’s regular collar so it wouldn’t get lost. Last night however, I didn’t secure it, and failed to notice it fall off once we hit street lights. Fortunately, on retracing my steps, I found it in 2 places, as this time both ends had detached from the charger. Safety dog collar

Not bad for a temporary lighted dog collar to keep them safe at night. USB rechargeable. Needs to be cut to fit or it slides off the dog’s head but this is easy to do with kitchen shears.

Great idea but falls off

This provides great visibility. However, it fell off twice, and the second time was not relocated, so unfortunately, I was not able to get much use out of it.

Longevity?

I bought one of these not quite a year ago and a second one about a month ago for a second dog. The first one now barely holds a charge. In order to reduce waste, it’d be great if either the battery was replaceable or the light mechanism could be purchased separately from the polymer part of the necklace. Especially if the life span of the battery is going to be relatively short.
