Poor Quality – Stained After Just 3 Uses! Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the Ninja SLUSHi. I used it only three times, and now the container is permanently stained. No matter how much I wash or scrub it, the marks won’t come off. It looks dirty and worn out after just a few uses — that’s unacceptable for a product at this price. I was very disappointed in how it comes out in small dropping chunks and not a continuous smoothie most of the time.

It works if you add sugar or sugar additive

I bought this a few weeks ago. I had no idea it needed at least 16 oz or sugar substitute if using sugar reduced substances. Even if I wanted to return, Ninja doesn’t cover return costs or provide local return for this very heavy item.

This product will not work effectively if you have a large gathering at your function. It takes too long to make a batch of margaritas. I bought and tried it out before having company. I returned it the next day.

I love my ninja! It does everything I need it to do. It’s the best Mother’s Day present I ever received.

I looked at this for months and finally decided to make the purchase. We love it!!! So easy to use. I love that Ninja has lots of easy recipes. If you are thinking about it, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Why wasn’t a bag offered with the new slushi for everyone

Garbage. Don't waste your $$ or your time.

Will not even get close to a" frozen" margarita ..very disappointed. We used a cuervo mix with alchohol in it already so it was weak. Would not freeze... even added water like mfg suggested. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is getting returned.

Great machine, lovely color.

I bought this before Labor Day so I didn't get the free tote but I still really like it. It was a hit at the party. All the kids and adult thought it was so cool ( no pun intended). The clean up is easy, all the drinks we made have been good, and its surprisingly quiet. I have the Ninja blender and that thing sounds like jet plane so this is nice. I have 2 now and it is perfect for all of my gatherings! I am in love with the color! Even though it says blueberry, looks purple to me which is my favorite color!

Honestly this is amazing. I love using it. I don’t think I got the free tote but either way , best purchase. It’s easy to use and fun to make your own drinks. From alcoholic drinks to milk shakes , it’s so worth the money.
