The learning curve was very simple very easy to use and understand how the product works. I was surprised at how easy to clean it was. I don’t have any complaints this far other than it took me too long to pull the trigger on this purchase.

Haven’t used it a lot yet but it works great! Just need to set your machine the way you like it which is usually done right away but you can tweak it by setting the cold temperature up or down.

Would Not RecommendNot sure if I have a faulty machine or what but my machine won’t dispense any kind of slush. I’ve tried multiple liquid types all sugar levels all tips in the booklet. Nothing will dispense no matter how low you turn the chill setting. Debated 2 years on buying this and wanted it so bad but now it’s just an expensive piece for the dumpster.

Great machine
I have successfully made my frozen coffee drink which was the entire reason for purchasing this. But I am now branching out to fruit frozen drinks and making them with ingredients that keep it healthy is a plus. The clean up is easy and quick. I did learn a lot from the FB page, the difficulty people encountered and the solution. BIG HELP I also take the extra slush and freeze it, so I now have a frozen drink anytime without making a new batch.
