Would Not RecommendI was so excited to buy this machine shortly after it came out in the summer of 2024. We loved it. Recently it started leaking a brown substance from the bottom. Unfortunately my warranty is expired & the only choice I have is to trash it - and/or invest in a brand new machine. I am heartbroken. This machine is a bit pricey to only last 18 months. Not sure that I want to spend this kind of money on a replacement or any other Ninja products with such a short lifespan.

Would RecommendI bought this a few weeks ago and I have loved it. I have made so many different drinks in it and it always comes out yummy. It is easy to set up, find a recipe, make a recipe, serve, and clean. It is easy to pour in a pre-made mix, press two buttons, and have a drink ready while doing minimal work.

Would RecommendWe got one has a gift, then gifted my mom & stepdad one for their 20th anniversary. It's great. We've made, piña coladas, margaritas, and root beer floats so far. The kids love the root beer floats. You can adjust the temperature settings and that changes the thickness of the slushy. Can't wait to try milkshakes!!

Not working properly, doesn't get cold enough
Would Not RecommendThe machines temperature setting goes no higher than 3 even if I set it all the way up. The first 3 light go solid, but anything about that just stays flashing. The freezing cylinder seems to cycle on and off. I tried to make a milkshake, but it doesn't get any thicker than cold chocolate milk.

Would RecommendWe've used this thing every single day since it arrived. We absolutely love it! Cleaning it is SUPER easy. We do a quick rinse every time it's used, and do a thorough rinse every couple of days, or whenever we switch it up, i.e. slushi to milkshake, etc. I am worried about the longevity of the front handle/dispenser that's effectively glued to the front of the reservoir, but only time will tell.
