Great features

So happy with this Ninja coffee machine it’s very easy to set up even for single cup. Very stylish too

Lots of good features, but limited lifespan

We have 2 of these, maybe 2-4 years old. The older one stopped heating and therefore brewing recently. That's the negative. Otherwise we love the product. We use most of the features. It is easy to adjust brew strength and makes good iced coffee.

Works great

I owned this coffee maker for 9 years. I just had to replace it! Wonderful product and I hope this one lasts as long as the first one! Makes good coffee, any size that you choose!

Not happy. Doesn't brew intermittently

I've had other coffee pots that lasted longer than this one. Not even 2 years old and it has been temperamental. Decides when it wants to work on its own now and it's out of warranty. Not sure I'll ever buy another Ninja Coffee Pot

Horrible smell coming from plastic parts

I purchased this for Christmas and there is a very strong odor coming from all plastic parts of this coffeemaker. It's a shame, I really like the style of this, but I cannot use it due to the horrible smell. I took it out of the box and noticed it immediately. I washed it a few times with warm, soapy water and it still stinks. It's not a plastic smell, something else, can't place it. I will be returning it to where it was purchased. one problem

The coffee is good and very easy to fill the water. Problem is that it never uses all of the water to fill the pot and I have to restart the brew cycle to use it up

Best Coffee maker ever!!!

My husband asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I picked the Ninja speciality coffee maker ! I wanted 8ne because my granddaughter has one and I liked it a lot! It is the BEST coffee maker I have ever had And I am 80 years old and still kicking! I especially like the latte I can make. My husband loves it too!

Will fail within a year

I had this for little over a year and it failed already

Ninja Hot & Iced, Single Serve or Drip Coffee

I'm giving 3 stars. It was a good coffee pot until a year later it will no longer turn on. I can't find the box . Then the website gives 60 to 90 day returns. I get that things quit but for the price shouldn't quit that soon in my opinion. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone either.

Floods

Water reservoir floods every time we use it. Have to use a towel to clean up excess water after each use.

Not made to last

Bought one of the original coffee bars-was great for the first year, then the basket started going slow and coffee would get into your cup (even with a cleaned basket). Dealt with this by just using regular filters and this solved the coffee granule problem-fast forward to this year and come to find out it’s been leaking. Horrible coffee maker

Works great

So far this coffee maker works great. I've had it for a month or 2 now. I just wonder why the reservoir always has water left in it...? Seems very weird to me. Is this intentional or bad design? Overall I love the coffee maker, it's super easy to use even though it looks like it's slightly difficult.

Great features-great quality

I bought this product 3 yrs ago. We use it everyday, usually twice a day, sometimes more. We have tried every option available and all have performed great.

Was Great Until It Was Not

Bought this machine about 2 years ago, it's been cleaned regularly and now will not brew, very frustrating as I thought I had finally found the coffee maker that would last. Anyone who drinks coffee from a machine know it's hard to find a reliable coffee maker, this is not it.

I made a great choice

This is my 2nd Ninja coffee maker. It was time to replace the old one. Can't tell you how I labored over that choice - ie, it's not that bad yet, but now that I have my new one (next level up) I taste the difference. Such great coffee! I'm glad I decided not to wait any longer.

Good coffee bad machine

Have owned for over a year now, wish we would have returned it when we could. It makes great coffee… only after have hit the brew button 5 times. The water hopper air locks all the time and it has an add water error message. We have not been able to resolve this problem but it makes many of the features of this machine less useful. It’s also very inconsistent about how much of the water it actually uses to brew the coffee, the settings just don’t work well. Not worth the money, buy a normal coff...
