This is our first extended network system, and we couldn’t be more happy with Orbi!

Solved my range problem

I was a bit tricky at first, but it works well once up and running. Don't really understand how to get a satellite to hop through another satellite so the far satellite didn't seem to have good connection at first, but after a day or two, it seems to correct itself. Also couldn't figure out have to setup 2.4ghz network.

Easy to setup

Easy to setup, nice to finally have internet in the other corners of the house. Look forward to upgrading to wifi7.

Works Great

I reset and reinstalled the Orbi network after purchasing a home in which it was previously installed. All went well when following the instructions, and the network is working flawlessly.

fantastic speed increase

I replaced an older single modem with the Orbi Mesh WIFI, a single base and one satellite. I am having much better reliability and in my office, the wifi speed is up over 300%. Setup was a breeze. It was fully installed and running in less than 30 minutes. I'm very happy with the results.

Great connection

Had a router from my IP. As norm, it was total trash. Connected one of these up and haven’t had an issue sense! Great speeds as well.

We love the Netgear Orbi Home mesh WiFi system

Our place is so large with so many rooms and lead lined walls etc. We tried every way to extend the wifi to all the building and nothing worked except Netgear's Orbi system. It was super easy to set up and use. We love it.

This keeps my office working

Orbi is the only way we could reach everywhere in our building. No other internet router/extender worked well for us, and we tried many. I can’t recommend this enough.

Reliable, easy, outdated help

Great router—easy to set up and works well. I’m docking one star because the help manual and chatbot still mention SSID broadcast settings, which are no longer supported. Netgear should update their support materials to avoid confusion

Replaced my name brand WiFi7 router with these because my internet would go out for 10-20 seconds 5 times a day. After installing these my internet hasn’t dropped once!

Rocky setup, outstanding performance

We bought a used system from the previous tenants in our rental. The setup process took a couple start-from-scratch retries (I obviously made some mistakes, but it wasn't clear what to do on a few steps). Probably took a bit over an hour start to finish. Once I got it up and running, it's performing incredibly. There's no corner of our home that isn't getting outstanding speeds, and after the first week there hasn't been a single issue. Very happy.

Orbi set up

I like the Orbi set up it just seems a bit complicated to add an additional extension.

Lacking Hardware Information.

As soon as I got the satellite set up, my obnoxious puppy chewed through the cord. No big deal, right? But the on the website, the assorted information for my model doesn’t tell me what kind of charger to replace it with. I threw away the one that was chewed up, not thinking any thing of it. All I know is that I need to use only an Orbii issued charger. Ok. Cool. I’m not sure where to purchase one and I’m not interested in buying a whole new satellite just for the power cable.
