The filter certainly does its job! It works perfectly In filtering the water.

Better coffee!!

This filters some of the chlorine flavors out and my coffee tastes better.

Fast-Hot-Ready

The brewing time is quick, item makes the coffee taste different, as my customers have commented several times " What brand of coffee do you yours? the flavor is great.. We only use Folgers so nothing special.

Good accessory

I am using a coffee pot that allows a filter in the top of the brew fixture. Although I cannot say that it alters the taste any, it is good to have filtered water in the coffee. This is at an office where filtered water is otherwise not available so this is very convenient. .

Great water filter

Although I use water from my refrigerator and we have very good city water I thought a little more filtration wouldn't hurt. The filters seem to be very good because the coffee tastes good. I'm not sure the filters are necessary if your city water is good but it couldn't hurt.

Better than original

We bought these only because it is recommended that we change them monthly. But we were pleased to find that the product sent is better than the water filter that came with the machine. The original filter would fall out when we open the cover on the basket - the new ones are retained in place.

Filters work great.

Will be ordering more filters when needed in the future.

I was disappointed with my purchase.

I ordered two disks, thinking I was ordering two packages. The last time I ordered them, I got 10 or 12 in a package. This time the total was 2.

expensive

We've had our coffee maker now for 3 months. I find pouring the water in a bit tricky. Also, the filter concept to get rid of chlorine is great except the refills should not cost so much. The mark up on them is huge. It really adds to the overall cost of the coffee maker.

Makes my coffee taste better

We have very hard water in San Antonio. Add some chlorine from the public water system, and it doesn't make for the best tasting coffee. This filter helps eliminate both pf those problems.

Easy to replace

This was my second order. I thought about buying from a big box store but went direct. Great product and easy to replace, even for a retired Marine. LOL

Works as advertised!

I wasn't sure whether these disks would make a difference in the taste of the coffee until I tried perking a pot without them. A side by side perk test one morning made a believer out of me! The blind taste test was all it took. I bought a years supply of the disks.

Can't use these!

I bought these a month ago, I started having a problem with my coffee grounds not getting "wet". I cleaned my coffee maker 3 times & nothing changed. I took out the filter & problem solved! I will no longer use these for that reason!

Great filter

Had to replace my old filter and this one is better than the one that came with the machine. It is somehow a little thicker, it still fits in to the holder and it is darker in color.
