Although marketed as an undercabinet (as well as ceiling) mount, there are no screws or nuts included for under cabinet mounting (only huge lag bolts for ceiling joists or into concrete). Also, at least for my tv, it will not hang straight down at 90 degrees and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten the pivot joint so it will hang straight down. Fortunately in my case i can keep it straight down wedged against the dvd player and set top box on the counter beneath it. Some odd oversights for ...

It worked great. The only thing is its made for under cabinet so it should come with much shorter bolts to mount it under the cabinet and not the long lag bolts that just stick out in the cabinet. But the quality of the mount and functionality was great.

This is a very well made TV Mount. I purchased it to mount a TV under cabinet in our kitchen and it really works great. It swivels from side to side and up/down and heighth adjustable. I would recommend it to anyone. It may cost a little more than other brands but is well worth it.

This is a well made mount. I used it in the front of my RV to mount a 43\ LCD Vizo. I think this size tv pushed the limit but I still fill confident that it will hold it. The width of the TV makes it a little flexible at the edges when in the up position but I've added some corner safety straps to ensure it won't get damaged."

This is a very sturdy mount and the instructions were good. I mounted a TV on it in my RV and it has not moved in over 3000 miles of travel. I mounted it unde a cabinet so there is no room to fold it up but that would be a nice feature for someone that wants to mount on the ceiling.
