It work out great under the cabinet for the tv except for some of the mounting screws, still no problem. That why they have hardware stores. Was very satisfied.

Mounting template assist
I was totally happy with the product. My only wish was that it had a template to assist in the placement of the screws. It's difficult enough to mount hardware overhead, and extremely difficult in confined spaces. Other than that, it's an excellent product

We bought this to hold the TV in our home gym. My only suggestion is make sure you have enough ceiling height to clear when you walk under the TV.

This mounting bracket worked well with some slight modification. Mounted under a kitchen cabinet I had to use a piece of scrap wood first to keep the screws from going through the bottom of the cabinet. After I did that the installation was fairly straight forward.
