Great Cleaner

Easy to apply, great results, removed mold, dirt, etc. Simple garden hose attachment. Will buy again.

Nothing like Bleach

I was preparing my deck for staining, which went very well using Lowe's Cabot stain. MOLD ARMOR was a total waste of time, money, and peace of mind, as, I had to REDO spraying the deck with Clorox outdoor Bleach to get decent results. The Nozzle would ALSO NOT SPRAY a pattern as indicated on the jug, JUST A STREAM. I spent MINUTES trying to adjust from STREAM TO SPRAY. I called Mold Armor about the nozzle, and they sent me a COUPON for a free jug of MOLD ARMOR, which I threw out.

Works Great

I used this on steps from my house to my patio. the pressured treated steps were at least 4 years old and this product cleaned them great.

Does not remove Mildew

Used this product on a cedar deck I installed, product definitely lightened the wood but did nothing for the mold or mildew stains. Waste of money.

I would definitely recommend

It seems like every house on our street has algae on on the north-side. I bought the Mold Armor as a “what the heck”. I sprayed the side of the house, waited about 15 minutes. When l rinsed the house the algae washed right off. I noticed a little bit of algae remaining under the edge of some siding but a paper towel removed it easily with no scrubbing. Way cheaper than getting the job done professionally.

Magic in a bottle

I used the “shower” feature to cover more footage. This cleaner works like magic! I would recommend purchase a larger bottle if your deck is bigger.

As some other reviewers have said, this product DID NOT WORK at all on a wood deck. Followed directions exactly. Tried the product 3 times - left it on for 10 minutes the first two times, and 20 minutes the third time. Did nothing. It was applied in the shade @ 74 degrees on a low humidity day. I note that it says on bottle if customer is not happy with the product to return it to the store. I plan to do that. Very disappointed. I have also used the Mold Armor for vinyl siding, and that did take...

Worked great

Wish I had a picture of the side of the house before I cleaned it using Mold Armor. Just spray, wait a few minutes, rinse!! Awesome product!

Works better on Vinyl siding

Bought two bottles of this hoping to save some work before staining my deck, it cleaned a little bit on the wood, but really not very well, I was disappointed in the product, however I did notice where I had oversprayed onto my vinyl siding that it cleaned that very well....

Easy as Pie

I purchased this product to wash my gazebo and applied it as directed but left it to soak about 10 minutes longer (yes, my gazebo was that bad) than suggested. Everything that was growing and attached to the gazebo including wrought iron rail fence came clean with 1 application. I'm going back to Lowes for a bigger jug and my next project is to Pressure wash the house.

Works great for a great price!

Let's start by saying nothing in life is as easy as spray on and it'll all be good. Spray this stuff on your deck, wait 10 mins, scrub a little with a deck brush and watch your wood go back to a nice natural finish. I used this on a 9 year old deck and it brought back some natural wood luster and helped get rid of the mildew.

awful

bought this today and used it on a back deck facing south. It was a total waste of money as it did absolutly nothing. the deck looks the same as when I started with the same green mildew spots. Do not buy this unless you have money and time to waste.Bob PS , I had to rate this and there was no option for 0 star
