Would RecommendEasy to hook up to the hose and spray. Let it sit for 10mins on white vinyl fence. Spray over it one more time and rinse off.

Would Not RecommendI purchased the Mold Armor Deck and Patio Outdoor Cleaner from Lowes in November 2021. My goal was to remove green mildew from my increasingly green wooden deck. I followed the instructions precisely, with absolutely no results. Next, I tried it again, Then again but leaving it on for a half-hour before rinsing. No results. Finally I even tried letting it dry completely, then reapply and wash-off. This product didn't touch it. Zero results. A total waste of money.

Would Not RecommendWe have a wooden deck and part of it gets more shade due to the angle of the house in the sun. We used the product exactly as prescribed and even treated more than once in some areas then scrubbed with deck brush. The mold did not come off. Wasted a lot of money on this product. Takes more than you think too.

Would RecommendAs the label says it quickly cleans mold, mildew, dirt, and algae stains quickly from wood deck, fencing, and patio. Wood much brighter and color is better. I used the product on a 40 year old deck, a 15 year old patio and a 3 year old fence. All three surfaces required two applications (deck needed 3). What a Pleasant Surprise
Would RecommendWe used this product on a plastic outdoor storage box. The box was so old and green mold stained. We didn't think it would ever come out clean. To our surprise the item came out looking almost brand new without any effort. We just sprayed waited 10 minutes maybe scrubbed it a little bit with scouring pad here and there on tough spots rinsed it and it looks like new. Wish I had it before picture. I would hardly recommend this item.
