Would Not RecommendI used this product religiously adhering to the instructions. Not one bit of algae or mold was affected. I did a better job screaming at the green mold. At least that felt better than knowing I shelled out 8 bucks on what I learned was basically diluted bleach. Do yourself a favor and buy a good stiff brush and scrub the mold off, because this stuff does not work.

Would Not RecommendWe applied the Deck/House wash as directed but were disappointed by the results. I guess it’s clean but it didn’t help bring back the color of the wood which has always worked in previous years using Olympic.
