Deck Cleaner

I needed to read directions better as I used a soap setting for rinsing and used it up faster that I should have.

Deck and Fence Cleaner

Brightened up the fence somewhat but additional scrubbing with a brush or power washer is needed to effectively clean it.

Didn't work well

This really didn't work like it said it would. I did better with just power washing my deck. I didn't try it on anything else.

Mildew on building

I used this on the mildew that was outside of our building. I sprayed it as per directions, waited about 15 minutes, then rinsed it of and the mildew was gone once it dried. GOOD STUFF!!!

Would NOT recommend - waste of time and money

I was in Lowe's recently and saw this. Since I am in the middle of pressure washing my deck to remove the grime and mold, I thought I would try this. I applied it today. In summary it was a waste of time and money. I would rate at zero stars if possible. I had a couple sections of our large deck I had not yet power washed. So I tried this one on section -- floor, railings, and outside vertical boards. I applied per directions. And on part of it, sine I had some left, I made a second application...

WOW. JUST WOW

I was a bit skeptical at first. I had a really bad mold issue on my deck and my block portion of my home. I could not believe how quickly it cleared it up. It does have a strong smell, I would suggest wearing a mask and gloves. This stuff works. Wow

Great for the back deck

Our back deck never sees the sun so it’s been green for a little while. Two passes with this and the deck is was back to its normal color. I was very happy.

As others have stated, this is really a bottle of just bleach and water, nothing more. I have tried the 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner and this and I’ve got to say that the 30 Seconds outperforms it by a landslide. I sprayed both and let it sit per the recommended time and the 30 Seconds actually made the algae and mold disappear whereas the the mold and algae that the Mold Armor was sprayed on never left. Great product

I tried other products to clean the Krud (spelling intentional) off my house. This product was far and away easier to apply and it left my siding and gutters clean within minutes rather than days.

Quick and efficient

Does a really good job for no more effort you have to put in it. Spray it on and rinse it off! Simple and easy. Caution it will act like bleach if spilled on cloth or material.
