Because i have only had this carpet down a few days I cannot comment on the wear n tear, but it looks great! I love the color, its not the most expensive carpet but i feel the price for the carpet and installation was excellent .

Good quality for a basic carpet. Its very inexpensive and that sometimes means junk, but its not bad at all. Its a very nice carpet especially in arias that no matter what you put down will need replacing ever 5 to 6 years anyway.
