ordered 16' but when they went to install it the carpet was too short as measured 14' only. Returned and got a 16' piece to match the other carpet I purchased as they had it in stock when we did the return.

The Four Seasons team did a great job with the installation. They were on time, professional, and completed the installation very well. I am very pleased. The team arranging the installation was also very thorough, timely and professional. I'd defintely use Lowe's again.
