Easy install

I was surprised at how easy it was to replace our Grohe kitchen faucet with the one from Moen. Including the main nut wrench with the parts was key.

Needs some work on design

This is the first Moen product I've had and I am a bit disappointed. The spray switch flips too easily and I can't get the weight balanced to the point where it will extend without retracting itself or not retract at all.

Takes some getting used to- but we like it.

My plumber recommended this model. I was a little hesitant to get it but I do like it. My favorite feature is the pull down sprayer. I didn’t think I’d use it often but I find that it is very handy for rinsing dishes and cleaning out the sink. I also like the stainless steel finish that doesn’t show water spots or finger prints. A bit dark, sleek and compact

The finish is a bit darker than I thought. It doesn’t have the sort of “luster” that the picture shows. However, having said that, I love that this finish is available. It’s easy to clean and use. Not sure if this would be considered an issue, but when the pull off part of the faucet is going back in, it sometimes needs a little help at the end of the faucet. Single Handle Pulldown Kitchen Faucet

My wife and I just bought Moen Model Number 7864SRS and had it installed on 1/27/2023. The same day of installation the pulldown nozzle is slow dripping when the faucet is in the off position. And while in the off position, the pull- out hose and nozzle splatters water slightly when pulled out and retracted. I have a call into MOEN Tech support for a call-back tomorrow, at 1200 pm, 2/1/2023 and the installer will be here between 1200 and 1400 hours tomorrow to reinspect and fix his work, hopeful...

Plastic Finish poor quality

This faucet works fine but I have noticed premature wear on a sparingly used faucet. I would like Moen to replace the head free of charge. This is a premium line, and I did not expect low quality anywhere on this product.

Great looking and solid mechanically

This replaced the hands free version which did not work to my expectations. I love this one! I couldn’t be happier. It’s smooth and the water flow is perfect at any setting. Moen makes a great product and stands by them.

Leaks after two weeks

Brand new faucet installed by a licensed plumber two weeks ago. Water was discovered under the sink and plumber determined that leak was from the connector that connects the sprayer hose to the main water hose coming out of the faucet body. Waiting over 2 hours for customer service to call me back.

Faucet works fine once you get use to it..

Contractor provided the faucet as part of kitchen upgrade... Similar to previous faucet. Takes a while to figure out that settings hot/cold, on/off etc.

Could use some improvement

This faucet needs softer areation to prevent splashing when water hits sink bottom. Also pull out hose should extend further out

I like the look

I am on my second faucet, I like the look but the head needs to be replaced frequently! Also, it does not have the Water pressure I am used to!

This faucet is a huge improvement to the one it replaced. The design and the brushed stainless finish look very stylish and modern on my counter. I opted not to get a "smart faucet" as I wanted something simple to use without having to depend on technology. The flow of water is good under both the stream and spray options.
