Would Not RecommendJust remodeled our kitchen in July 2025 and the 8764BL looks great. The only problem is it runs and drips long after you shut it off. They replaced the cartridge and that did nothing so they replaced the whole faucet. A couple of days later it started as 3-4 drips after you shut it off now its back to what the old faucet was doing and its only been 5 days. Don't know the next step yet but this is not going to work. We have all Moen faucets in our house and have never had a problem so I'm hoping ...

This faucet replaces another Moen faucet that worked perfectly well until a small aerator popped out, and the spray splashed everywhere! Called Moenand was told that my estimated wait time was 75 minutes…. After waiting an hour, my wait time was 85 minutes. So I left a call back number and have not yet been called. I. It looks beautiful in our home but unfortunately after having it for only one year it has started to be an issue to use. When you pull the hose down to spray plates or other utensils in the sink, it doesn’t always spring back up to its original position. Most of the time it just hangs there and looks terrible.
