Upgrade!

My goose neck sprayer always hung loose and it drove me crazy. Plus it was hard to pull out to fill the coffee maker. This Moen model works easily and stayed in place. Plus it was easy to install!

Well Constructed & Performance Finer Than Expected

This Moen Koa Matte Black faucet looks amazing, and the performs equally as well. Easy to install, and aesthetically complements the kitchen, and a second identical one for my laundry utility tub. Dual spray option, the water pressure is perfect, too. Grateful, with confidence, for my dual selection.

The best faucet

This type of faucet works best for me. I like that it's light weight and I can spray my larger pans with it, without having to try and manipulate a giant hand held or try to get it under the faucet. The size and shape helps me lift it without spraying water all over. I got it in polished nickel, which is my favorite. Love the Moen brand. Love that it's made in the USA. We purchased the Stairs Steel version of this Moen to replace the White one that has performed beautifully for the past 25yrs but begun to show its age!

Sleek Design

I like the quality and ease of installing this faucet. I used the online instructions and didn’t have any problems until the very end when I was hooking up the hot and cold connections. Unfortunately, my old house had 1/2 inch instead of the faucets 3/8 inch connections. After a trip to Lowe’s to get correct attachments everything worked great. I am a 59 year old woman who has never changed a faucet so if I can do it anyone can.

Disappointing

We bought this faucet (or the Moen that looks identical) in early 2019. Within a couple years, the little blue/red circle to indicate the hot/cold side popped out (easy to order a replacement, for what that’s worth), the finish started peeling a couple years ago, and now (mid 2025), the faucet is leaking somewhere up in the hot/cold mixer, and we’ve got to replace it. Definitely not what we hoped for with a Moen (big box store or otherwise).

Awesome faucet and professional installer!

This Koa Moen faucet is GREAT! It has great pressure and looks perfect. Has a sprayer too. We had Lowe's Contractor (Heath Construction) do the install. Our installer was amazing he was done in less than 20-25 minutes. Excellent clean up job too, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend having a professional do the install.

I love the way this faucet looks, very sleek.I wanted black and something lower in height with a pull out sprayer and this was the only one I found. I know Moen is a great brand, that on top of me loving the look I bought it. The only thing that really surprised me the pullout sprayer handle is very, very light in weight which was fine but I realized it was because it is plastic, everything else is black metal. Nice alternative to gooseneck faucets

I prefer a lower height kitchen faucet, not the gooseneck style. This works beautifully.

NO instructions included (unless you have an app)

Easy to install, but there were no included instructions. They expect everyone to scan an app or have a computer handy. Not everyone does. Break down and put in some paper instructions. Fortunately for me, I have experience with self-help and was able to install.
