Would RecommendI love that this is a very slim profile and doesn’t take up much room under the sink. It’s a really powerful little unit and is actually very quiet. We are so happy we replaced our old disposal with this one.

Go with a 3/4 horsepower motor.
Would Not Recommend1/2 horsepower too small for general residential use. Oddly shaped drain rubber fins resist everyday disposal waste. Must use a wooden spoon to force material into the disposal. I suggest spending more money on a 3/4 horsepower motor of an alternate brand. Sorry I purchased this unit.

Save time mount to the old unite hardware.
Would RecommendVery easy to install. The directions could be a little better explaining the two ways to install this product New install or replaceing an existing unite. Replaceing an existing unite can be done in less than an hour. No need to install all the mounting hardware. The new unite will merry up to the exesting old unite hardware already in the sink. No need for plumers putty as long the old unite mounting hardware was not leaking. This saves a lot of time.
