Installation is simple enough and the instructions are clear. I will say this if you're new to the garbage disposal game and there's nothing wrong with the flange on your sink, don't take it off! This should just screw right on to your existing hardware.

Would RecommendI really like the smaller size of the unit under the sink and the removable splash guard in the sink which makes it easy to clean. Also, the anti-corrosive stainless steel is a plus. I gave it 4 stars because it is loud, but not unbearable.

Very Noisy
Would Not RecommendJust had the garbage disposal installed by my contractor. When I ran it last night for the first time the unit was extremely noisy and sounded like something was grinding. I just ran it with water so I don't know why it would be so noisy. I removed the rubber splash guard to see if there was anything in the disposal which would cause the grinding. There was nothing. I'll have my contractor check it out and if the noise can't be corrected, I will try to bring it back.
