Would be 5 Stars if made out of all metal.
I purchased this item about ten years ago and the shower "Customizable Spray" handle just broke on 9/29/25. It broke because it is made of plastic not metal. I purchase MOEN because it is supposed to be made for life. I am required to agree to the terms & conditions even though it violates my rights to freedom of speech/text.

Would Not RecommendI bought this showerhead less than a year ago. It was fine at first, but within a year the soft plastic ball joint at the base snapped in half.

Would Not RecommendI had a cheaper off brand of this shower head that worked way better for half the price. I assumed being moen that it would be nicer. Hardly any pressure and it makes a whistling noise.
