Great Product, if you are careful.
Would RecommendI bought this as a replacement less than 6 months ago. At first, I really liked the design of it, but found that using any tools to tighten the plastic parts will tear them up, and hand tightening can be insufficient. I tried to gently use pliers, but alas, it weakened the shower cradle enough that it has since cracked from the water pressure going through it. Please make future models with sturdier parts. Nothing with water flowing through it should be hand tighten only.
