Would RecommendI have tried quite a few organic potting soils but I’ve noticed that I get exception grow with this brand. The others are too woody and barely have any dirt mixed with them, which prevents the plant roots from expanding.

Would Not RecommendI purchased 4-25 quart bags at Lowe's on 7/4/2024 After transplanting my plants I noticed small bugs crawling all over the soil. Not fungus gnats. Very small light brown crawling insects. I tried a hydrogen peroxide solution. They seem to enjoy it! This product is GARBAGE. DO NOT USE ON YOUR PRIZED PLANTS. Shame on Miracle Grow and Lowes for selling this infested bag of rotten sticks.

We like that this does not appear to have any kind of manure in it. We do wonder though if it might have introduced so gnats in our house? Not certain.
