Ask more questions of sales person with regard ton

Disappointed to find you need an App to figure out how to set the clock. Tryed everything that was written in the manual! Was not told about it being a smart range and WiiFi friendly. This was not an important feature to us. Wasn’t made aware of this feature so we may have asked more questions had we known.

I was a bit nervous about buying this stove because there isn't much information on it, thats also why I feel I needed to write a review on it. Let me say I am beyond impressed with it. Piece of Junk!

Stay away from this junk pile. It arrived not working correctly, started working some then, the oven quit working. I would love to just return it but Lowe's return policy is horrible for appliances. We are waiting on repair now. Customer service for this company is very bad. RUN FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!

Decent Range for a Sub $1000 Price

I bought this range to replace a 19 year old GE Profile slide in convection range where the glass extends over the sides and back of the counter. The GE range cost more 19 years ago than I paid for this unit on sale and I wanted to update the look of my kitchen with a new range and over the range microwave. When we were moving the range away from the wall so that we could install the microwave, the glass on the oven door shattered. Nothing was even touching the glass. I have been trying to get this fixed for 2 days. I also bought the warranty package. I keep getting the run around from store employees. I tried to call the Lowe’s customer support and that was a joke as well. This was purchased on July 1, 2023 and delivered on July 8, 2023. I only used the oven 1 time.

Decent Product, Top-notch look, but bad services

I wanted a smooth surface that extends to the counters on both sides to cover the slim gap from grease and food scraps. For such a small detail, the next alternative I can find are products in the 3k 's or over 4k. So i gladly purchased this product. Good stove but oven?

Beautiful stove love the ease of use but I have 2 complaints 1 is when you set the child lock the top burners can still be turned on makes no sense to me. The second there is a constant clicking when you run the oven I don’t know what that is but it’s annoying and need to fix it because I may send it back if it keeps up

Loving it

Love that everything heats up so quick. Oven cooks everything so evenly. Gave 4stars because you have to use the app for some features. But other than that I love it.
