poor service

I purchased this in August 2025 with the recommendation of the sales associate. after 4 months it stopped working and I lost all my food. I called lowes who said i have to call the manufacturer. It took 3 weeks before they finally had someone call me to come out to service the unit. The service person never showed up. after 5 weeks of emails back and forth i finally submitted formal complaints to BBB and 2 other agencies. really great design

I love the functionality of this upright. I chose the freezer/freezer setup and have produce and sides in the top and all protein in the bottom. I would love two more shelves and will be looking to buy some aftermarket onces.

Garage fridge

Fridge is what we expected, but arrived damaged. I was given the option of a $200 credit back, or send it back with the moving van. Opted for the credit. 2 weeks later, no refund or credit back on my card. Now I just have a brand new damaged fridge sitting in our garage, and a super unhappy wife because the damage is all she sees. And the refund promised by the Lowe's agent?? Never materialized..

Horrible

Fridge has not worked since day one. Keep arguing about keeping it in a temperature controlled area when it’s advertised as garage ready. We even have it in a temperature controlled second garage and they still will not fix it. 3 months of owing this junk and have never been able to use it. Gets up to 55 on defrost mode. Did the quarter in a frozen glass of water thing, quarter is now down halfway into the cup showing it’s literally de thawing on the daily. I don’t know why Midea keeps figh...

DO NOT BUY!!!!

I cannot believe the unit was built intentionally w-o a light in the lower compartment.  It is so intuitive that it would be lit up, I never thought to check.  Why would this ever be done intentionally? DO NOT BUY this if u want to use the bottom 50% of the unit.

Nice freezer

No way to say anything about durability yet of course, but in the short-term we are very happy with the freezer. It cooled quickly. It looks good. The leveling feet work perfectly. The interior layout makes organization of our frozen foods easy. It was designed to be used as top and bottom freezer/freezer so don't let the ability to make it a half fridge scare you away.

Flex use.

This fridge is fantastic, you can use the whole thing as freezer or fridge, or half and half.

Great convertible freezer/refrigerator

I like this product because you can make one half a refrigerator or freezer independently so that you have all freezer, or all refrigerator, or both. The controls are very easy to use and the product looks nice.

No light in bottom compartment

First freezer that was delivered had a dent in the front, delivery guys took it back and had another sent in less than a week.

Delivery men were excellent. Very professional and courteous.

Brand New Yet Not All Working!

Upon delivery and plugging in this BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX UNIT, I discovered the overhead light in the upper refrigerator not working. The delivery team called Loew's to notify them. The Loew's team member was able to offer me a discount for my unit not being completely operational upon delivery. I was told I could contact the manufacturer for a replacement part to fix the problem.
