We purchased this unit on January 11, 2023 (2 years and 4 months ago). All of a sudden, it will no longer spin at any point during a wash. We were told by an experienced local repair business that this is an electrical panel issue but that this is a Chinese-based brand and parts are not easily obtainable here in the U.S. I saw another similar review here where the company gave the customer digitalsupport@midea.com as an email to contact for further support. This is a solid unit at a great price, simple to use and has a clean look to it.

Trouble

I bought my washing machine yesterday and i turned it on i tried doing my first load it would not start so i had to open and close the door to my washing machine about 30 times until the latch positioned itself so it knew it was locked.

Won't spin less than 2 years later

Lowes originally delivered a used machine. Had to send back. Always made a whining noise when turning. Now it won't turn at all, won't wash anything. Terrible don't buy

Great washer

A great unit! Recently replaced our failed Maytag top load, which I will never buy again. The front loads are the way to go for efficency and how clean they get your belongings. Highly recommended!

Lasted Less Than Two Years

I like way the washer looks. I do not like many of the added features that will cost me money going forward. I do not like the added filters that will need to be changed, costing me extra money for what? I do not like that I cannot manually wash my clothes the way I wish/desire to. Programs have been set up with extended periods of time to wash by someone that does not wear my clothes. Washer is broke and can't be repaired

I have owned the Model #MLH45N1AWW frontload washer for just over 2 years. The washer will longer drain, rinse, or spin with clothes inside. Take the clothes out and it works. The "load" was 3 towels. Midea technical support said the "main control board" needed to be replaced because the washer mistakenly believed it was overloaded. The Midea selected repair company informed me that the recommended part is not available to purchase anywhere. So I now have a $900 piece of junk sitting in my kitch...

I like the product except the front glass is dark so you're not able to see the water level or anything going on in the washer

Midea is horrible quality

Wish I would have selected a different maker for a washing machine and dryer. It left my clothes horribly wrinkled and then only worked for 2 years so I called customer service & they wouldn’t provide any technical support and told me it wasn’t under warranty event tho it says lifetime warranty on the front. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase from this brand.

good value. Much cheaper than other brands with same features. Holds a large quantity and doesnt make any more noise than my previous front loader.

Very professional installation and explanation of how it works

Purchased this washer and it is not great. It leaves a dirty smell on my clothes. The washer inside smells even after cleaning it after every wash. I have to leave the door open to it so the smell is not strong. It was my first time buying this brand and I will not buy this brand again.

It is very quiet and gets everything clean. Lots of room for the wash!

If 0 stars was an option I would give 0 stars. Washer is less than one year old. Two separate service calls, would not spin and seal has now corroded. Midea now has to replace the whole unit. Turn around time is days! Poor service, poor quality. Don't waste your money.

very impressive

I am very impressed with the amount of options on this washer! yet, the washer is a very heavy unit (250lbs), it ACTUALLY CLEANS OUR CLOTHES/LINENS! They come out smelling amazing and feeling super clean. When i was reading othee reviews, i came across complainta of it being a very noisy unit, it is but only when its spin cycle is set higher than medium. it has a pretty normal amount of noose for a washer set on medium spin.
