Would RecommendJust finished laying new laminate floors in all of my upstairs bedrooms. I use this quarter round because it's easy to cut with scissors or knife. The extra large Edge that is concave makes it easy for me to use an electric nail gun to put the quarter round in place. Also the size means that all of my edges are covered if I cut my flooring too short. I would recommend this for anyone who's not a professional. It looks really nice, and it's already White. Would RecommendIt was recommended that I use this material in a bathroom, because it won't be affected by moisture. But it's also very easy to cut. It can be cut with a utility knife. It also can be applied with adhesive and nails are not necessary. Great stuff!

Pvc moulding may not be what you want.
Would RecommendThis pic moulding cuts good, but it dents and marks very easy. If nailed it needs to be filled and sanding is very difficult to not leave scratches. If gluing it might be ok, just depends what you need it for.
