Extremely roomy and user friendly
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about 6 weeks and so far, so good The drum seems huge and obviously fits a large quantity of clothes that come out clean. It is intuitive and friendly to operate. If I could give this a 4.5, I would, because a few loads haven't spun as dry as they should have and I had to do a drain/spin cycle. I have yet to use the Pet Pro function.

Nice machine

Not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very noisy washer. It actually sounds like something is wrong with it. The loud clicking in the beginning of the cycle is annoying. I am assuming that is the lid lock, but it clicks around 3 or 4 times. I just don’t think it’s going to last very long at all.

Button issue

Over all love the feachers

Moisture problems

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is a warranty replacement of a similar 10 year old machine deemed unfixable. 10 months ago, major repairs had to be performed.The replacement operates and sounds similar to the older model and at times sounds clunky. After several loads it appears to do a satisfactory job cleaning the cloths. The larger tub is also a plus. Overall material quality appears less than previous machine.
