The only thing that I have found that I do not like is the start button and there is no manual. There is a power button that has to be pressed. No Soap/Softener Dispener
Would Not RecommendWhat a surprise to go to put in the soap and discover there's no dispenser. If you want softener you have to press special buttons in the beginning and then wait for the rinse cycle to pour it in? As it has been said before, Ain't Noboby Got Time For That!

Washer broke down after 6 days

Call Maytag they were very helpful and did say they would send out a technician he will be coming out in 2 days I hope we get the problems resolved and I don't have continued trouble with my machine

Amazing features

If you have pets, you need this washing machine! It is the Petpro and has a filter that collects the hair. It sits within the agitator and with a little click, it untwists easily to remove the hair. I love this feature and many others! Don’t wait; go get this washing machine if you are in the market!

Mediocre for the money

It took 1.5 hrs and still was not done. I guess I have to take pillows to the laundromat now. Disappointing. It takes longer to do a load than my old machine. I do not like the lock on the lid and how it cannot be overridden. I do like the 4.7 capacity . It will do my king size comforter. I don’t really recommend this washing machine at this ...

Absolute GARBAGE
Would Not RecommendAnother new appliance that is absolute GARBAGE. Lid lock, HOURS LONG CYCLES, and the “drain and spin” cycle does nothing. The only good thing is it’s quiet. But I don’t care how loud it is, I just want it to work. As soon as I submit this review I’m calling to see what the return policy is. Save yourself the trouble and buy used, old machine, which is what I should have done.
