[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new and had to call for service, the dryer would not heat. A connection was put together backwards at the factory. Luckily the service tech knew exactly what it was and fixed it immediately. Dryer runs great once it was fixed

Maytag Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your instruction manual that comes with the washer has lots of room for improvement. My previous washer was just a cut above a pan and a rub board. I had to guess at how to use the different functions. The machine does a good job of washing. I would have preferred a more detail manual than getting an email after I have tried to use the machine.

Would RecommendI previously had a Maytag dryer, which I inherited and it lasted over 10 years. I got a similar model and I’m very happy with it. It has a lot of options and with a family of 5, comes in a nice size.
