Awful Washing Machine

This thing is so "efficient" that it will not put enough water into the machine to wash the clothes. Every cycle, we look in and the top half of the clothes are not even submurged in water and only get wet when we turn on the extra rinse which makes the cycle really long. We hate this machine, and wish that we could return it. We should have just gotten our Samsung front load fixed when the drain pump went out.

I purchased this set in 2019 brand new out the store. It's been 7 years and so far I have replaced every single component of the dryer (heating element, thermostat/fuse, and all of the rollers and belt). I have replaced the washing machine lid twice and the main basket. Every single component has failed on both machines at least once and have spent more money fixing them then it costs to buy them. Much to learn

Great Washer with a Few Minor Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in November 2025 and wanted to use it a bit before rating it. I do like the washer and the PetPro filter really does catch a lot of hair and lint. I do wish that it was better at balancing bulky loads. I figured with the "Bulky Items" selected it would work better at balancing, but I often have to pause the cycle and redistribute by hand. Not a deal killer, but if I'm not near the washer when this happens it wastes some time in...
