Almost a 5.. Just not quite there

I was somewhat surprised that even though this unit is the same size the interior is somewhat small compared to what i was previously acclimated to. Took a little getting used to—my prior one had a third rack also, & you could take the silverware out on 2 separate trays, rather than one tray that is not removable. But even without the removable trays, this one is a little more flexible in the size of the implements that fit into the rack. Works as Advertised

The dishwasher performs as advertised. It cleans very well and even has a “Clean” light on the display when the cycle is done.

Satisfied but could dry better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the dishwasher for a month so time will tell, but initial thoughts are that it is very quiet and it does seem to clean well, even on the quick cycle which I tend to use. However, even with using rinse aid I find that some items, especially mugs and anything in the top/third rack are still quite wet even though I used the heated dry. The tops (actually bottoms as they are upside down) of mugs are filled with water and I need to tow...

I NEVER ACTUALLY GOT THE DISHWASHER.

Lowes drop the price by 40% but although yet to be delivered yet to be installed. To get their NEW lower price I would have to CANCEL then wait another 13 days to be shipped in, Though original order was scheduled to be delivered/installed that day. SO I CANCEL and bought it elsewhere who matched LOWES sales price with an installation fee 115.00 cheaper and no $50. takeaway charge for old one. Lowe;s makes purchasing too complicated.

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, very quiet, drys dishes well... the only thing I would change is the silver ware traysthe top slider is odd to put regular silver ware and a bit shallow for most things and the removable tray is a bit big and clunky... NONE of which is even close to a deal breaker! Excellent machine... hopefully it will last a long time...

Great features

Lowe’s great, but Maytag service center terrible

So this is my suggestion for your redesign team concerning the hanging white foam under dishwasher door. Even if foam did not sag at every first installation, over time that foam piece is likely to age and sag. The bright white will be unsightly under the beautiful gray door. Assuming that your foam serves some purpose and it needs to not be permanently attached so it can move as door opens, then you should just design to have enough ledge under door for foam to rest and slide upon. Best dishwasher I've owned

I read reviews of different dishwashers for months before finally deciding on this dishwasher, and I am beyond happy with my purchase! This is the 4th dishwasher I've owned in my lifetime, and it is the best one so far! I run it on the quick wash cycle with short dry cycle selected, which total is 1 hour and 33 minutes.
