Broken drawer guides.

Picked up my new Maytag dishwasher today. Came from the factory with broken drawer guides. Pretty disheartening to find all the parts inside are plastic guess they don't make em to last anymore....

Leaves a film on all our dishes

This review is a reflection of the product, not of Lowes. We bought this dishwasher based on some online reviews. It didn't work well from the beginning. We thought we must just need to learn what works best with it. We tried all sorts of different detergents, dishwasher cleaners and rinse aids. Nothing works and now it's too late to return. It's bad enough that I'm considering just buying another one and cutting my losses. Very disappointed.

Operation is straightforward, runs quietly and looks really great in my kitchen. ***NOTICE*** This unit does not have a power cord or water supply included, so make sure if you are not hard wiring the unit that you order that ahead of time.

Tired of nonsense

Do not buy appliances from Lowe's. They will not assist you in any way if the appliance has a defect. They will simply refer you to the manufacturer which, in my experience, will likely tell you the exact opposite of what Lowe's employees tell you.

Quiet and spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10+ year old dishwasher with this Maytag dishwasher. It is so quiet that we can hardly hear it sitting 5 feet away. The 3rd rack helps with our small 4oz bowls and serving utensils. The fact that we can raise the top wrack to accommodate larger items on the bottom rack has saved us having to hand wash our serving platters and larger items. So glad we made this purchase.

Love Maytag Quality

I love the ease of starting cycle, and love the controls on top of the door, easy to see what cycle is running. I like the clean finish light stays on til I open the door to empty.
