And with the app you can see what all the temps are and even adjust time and target temp settings right from your phone !! Love my Masterbuilt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smoker about 2 months ago & I really like the ease of use. It has blue tooth wi-fi that allows me to monitor the temperature on my phone. I also like that it uses charcoal which gives the meat a more authentic BBQ taste. It is very easy to fire it up when needed. Also assembly was easy.

Dependable and versatile

Fantastic multiuse smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smoker for the added versatility of cold smoking. Love being able to smoke with lump charcoal, briquettes and wood chunks. I have cold smoked all manner of meats, cheeses including cream cheese, and if done on a cold winter day even butter. I have done hot as well and it has been great. Can’t say enough about these smokers. I could add many pictures but don’t have them on this iPad.

Great for learning

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 40in a few years ago and love it. I got the cold smoker attachment and the cover meant for the propane model and fits and work great.

Great Upgrade

I purchased at a very good discount, so I tried it. I wasn’t considering one, but I like using charcoal and this looked like a convenient way to smoke with charcoal. The digital aspect with WiFi is great for keeping an eye on the food, and the plug ins for the meat probes , way convenient.

Masterbuilt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They do not support their products. My digital readout went haywire and could only see part of 2nd and 3rd digits. No idea of time or temp. They do not have the replacement digital readout so it is worthless. Time is not the issue but temp is a big issue. Have replaced with PitBoss.

40" Electric smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my 40" Electric for 5 years and have not had any issues with it. Keep the sensors clean and plugged in without a extension cord or if a cord is needed I sue as short as possible and heavy gauge wire as possible.

Had to learn a couple things to get it up to temp quicker. (If you follow directions it can take up to an hour to reach target temperature) stabilizes and holds temp well once reached.
